Thank you for participating in our Forever Young Kickball Tournament this Saturday, December 14th, 2024! We’re excited to have you join us, and we want to make sure you’re fully prepared. Please read through the entire email to ensure you have all the details you need for a smooth tournament experience.
ALL PLAYERS must be registered by 11:59 PM TONIGHT, Friday, December 13th to be eligible to play.
YOUR TEAM ROSTER:
Minimum of 10 players (6 males + 4 females) to be eligible for the Playoff Bracket.
All players must have an acceptable Profile Photo uploaded for roster checks—NO PHOTO = NO PLAY.
MAX Roster: 20 players
Players do not need to check-in at the FXA tent, they can go straight to their field.
SHIRT/JERSEY COLORS
Please bring both dark and light-colored shirts/jerseys.
All players must wear the same color. The away team will need to change if colors are duplicated.
PARKING
Meridian HS Upper Field has a parking lot right in front of the field.
Field is behind Mary Ellen Henderson Middle School
GAME DAY
POOL PLAY begins at 9am.
All players must be at the field at least 15 minutes BEFORE your first game.
If your team is not on the field, ready to play within 5 minutes after game time, it will be considered a FORFEIT. (NO EXCEPTIONS!)
CAPTAINS - Pick up your Forever Young Shirts at the FXA Tent after your 1st game. If your players need a different size, ask the other teams to trade for a size.
PLAYOFFS
The top 4 teams will be selected to play in a single-elimination tournament.
The bracket will be posted on the schedule page and emailed out to all players as soon as standings are finalized (around 1:10 PM). The first round will start at 1:15 PM.
